We are delighted to announce that we will be holding an 'Apprenticeship Open Evening' on Wednesday 7th February 2024, from 5pm – 7pm at our Dick Lovett Ferrari dealership in Swindon. The event will give young people the opportunity to learn about working within the automotive industry, as well as presenting our renowned “Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme”.
This is a great opportunity to find out about the various Apprenticeship Programmes we will be running in 2024, especially for students who are looking for an apprenticeship this year and want to find out more in a friendly, relaxed, and informal environment. You will also get a 'behind the scenes' tour of our flagship dealership, which isn't to be missed if you're a petrol head!
On the day you can find out about the following Apprenticeships:
Each of these roles includes full-time employment at a Ferrari dealership, with on-the-job training carried out under the watchful eye of Ferrari Master Technicians. Ferrari North Europe also provides additional classroom, theory and practical training at the company’s Training Centre in Berkshire. Subject to satisfactory completion, apprentices are offered full-time roles and, with that, an incredible platform upon which to build an exciting automotive career within the brand.
Apprenticeships vary in length between 2 – 4 years, during which time you will be employed by one of our dealerships and attend block training at the appropriate college/manufacturer training academy.
To apply for an Apprenticeship, you will need to have either attained or have predicted grades of Level 4, or equivalent, in at least five subjects including English, Mathematics and a Science.
At the end of your Apprenticeship, you will have achieved NVQ level 3 in your chosen field.
We offer class-leading training and a work environment where enthusiasm and dedication are rewarded. The vast majority of our Apprentices are still with the company in senior positions, which goes to show that the sky really is the limit with Dick Lovett!
